Part One - Vendor Information

The following vendor information will be used for the event program and other marketing purposes.

All vendor information is held in strict confidence. We do not sell or share your information with anyone.

SHARING OF YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION. We will not, in any circumstances, share your personal information with other individuals or organizations without your permission, including public organizations, corporations or individuals, except when applicable by law.

Description entry will stop when 300 character limit is reached.

Have you been approved as a vendor for any previous Mind, Body, Spirit Fair or Day of Healing events at CSL-Bellingham?

If this fair will be your first here at CSL-Bellingham, please complete the First-Time Vendor section.


Is your business a 501(c)(3) organization?

501(c)(3) organizations qualify for a booth reservation discount. To quality for the discount, please upload your organization's 501(c)(3) determination letter.


Booth Reservation Information

Vendors must provide their own tables for all booth reservations.

For outdoor booths (except Covered Walkway and Upper Lawn Premium), a pop-up cover is highly recommended; please provide your own.


Early Registration ends May 13, 2020.

Booth Rates will increase on May 14, 2020.

*$45 booth rate increases to $55 on May 14, 2020.

*$55 booth rate increases to $65 on May 14, 2020.

Electrical power to a booth is available for a $5 fee. Vendors must provide their own 20+' extension power cord.

Electrical power is unavailable for Lower Meadow Booth Reservations.

Booth Set-Up Terms and Conditions:

Booth Set-Up has been reserved for Friday, July 17, 2020, from 4 PM to 7 PM. CSL-Bellingham staff and volunteers will be available for assistance and to help with your booth assignment.

NOTE: Overnight security will be provided from 8 PM, July 17, 2020 to 8 AM, July 18, 2020. Security will not be responsible for any stolen items or property. Please keep all valuables with you.


Booth Reservation Terms and Conditions

  • To ensure a safe and healthy experience for everyone, burning of incense, candles or other related items is prohibited. No Exceptions. We appreciate your full cooperation.
  • Please notify a Mind, Body, Spirit Fair or CSL-Bellingham representative immediately of any damage to your space.
  • It is prohibited to place materials on the Center’s walls without prior approval.
  • Credit card payment via PayPal is due once form is submitted.

Booth Reservation Cancellation Policy:

  • Full refund will be given if cancelation occurs before 2 PM on June 18, 2020.
  • 50% refund will be given if cancelation occurs after 2 PM on June 18, 2020 and before 2 PM on July 01, 2020.
  • No refunds will be given if cancelation occurs after 2 PM on July 01, 2020.

By continuing on to the Vendor Booth Purchase:

  • I hereby release and hold harmless all fair organizers, sponsors, the city and the county from any and all personal losses and/or property damage.
  • I agree to stay for the duration of the fair on Saturday, July 18, 2020 from 10 AM to 4 PM.
  • I agree that I have read and agree to the terms and conditions of this contract.

You will have 10 minutes to purchase your booth on PayPal before cancellation of order occurs.
